Texting is useful and effective – expect a standard text response within 24hrs .
Texting is not for long conversations – please use walk-in sessions.
Un-answered Phone-calls-we make every attempt to answer each phone-call,
please be patient-high volume call times are 9am to 11am and 3 to 5pm.
